    Finally got this GFX issue sorted. It was only happening with itunes 10 and with Civilization V.

    As far as Itunes goes i downgrades to 9.2 and that fixed the issue.
    I can live with restarting the computer after playing Civ 5 because there isn't enough white in the game to notice the yellow lines.

    Still not sure what the over-all problem was but the computer is still functional so I'm going to run it till the day it stops working completely and be mindful of the issue in the future.

    sorry parts offer is null and void now.
