i've been using my lappy for about a year

and had no problems but i just found that

the bios wouldn't recognize my bootable usb drives

(tried old usb flash drive and an SDHC with usb adapter)

i know for sure that i set up my usb's right

but everytime i go into bios setup nothing seems to be

found as USB HDD USB KEY or USB ZIP whatever

has anyone tried booting from usb? or is it working 100% for others

and i'm the only one having trouble?

    also tried .05 , .12, .17 bioses with no luck :(

I need usb booting for switching to

Hackintosh and its discussion is forbidden on NBR, do not do so again
