    Is this normal? Shouldn't it be at x16? Let me know.

    Edit* I just ran CoD4 and checked and it went to x16... Is this normal? Sorry for being a noob.

    If you're not running anything heavy it has no need to run the full x16 bandwidth. I tend to think of it like CPU multipliers... not exactly a good comparison but it works in my mind
