well, according to this http://www.notebookcheck.net/Mobile-Graphics-Cards-Benchmark-List.844.0.html (number 9 in the list) it is 55/65, If you read German, Then you'd get from here, http://www.notebookcheck.com/NVIDIA-GeForce-9800M-GTS.9893.0.html that the 512MB models are 65nm and the 1GB models are 55nm

The Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTS is a Notebook diagram chip, which on the G94 architecture is based. Therefore the core is comparable with the Desktop 9600 GT diagram map, however clocking of the mobile counterpart is smaller. Gerfertigt will have the chip ever anch model in 65nm (with 512 MT diagram memory) and/or in 55nm (with 1024 MT diagram memory) and thus both variants same current consumption of high 75 Watts (like the deutlisch faster GTX variant).
As all DirectX 10 diagram maps possesses also the GeForce 9800M GTS " Unified Shader". No more dedicated pixel and/or Vertexshader exists, but 64 Stream so called processors take over simply the lining up diagram work (the early the pixels and Vertex Shader took over). Further the Shadereinheiten is more highly clocked than the chip.
The achievement of the 9800M GTS is according to Nvidia on level of the 8800M GTX and 9800M GT (despite the reduced Shader number).
