    Does anyone know where I can find stock drivers for the gpu of my p-7801u?

    Uninstall your current drivers, then use windows update to find and install the drivers.

    Forget about Windows Update, it won't find you original Nvidia driver.

    You didn't tell which version of Vista you run, so here's both the x86 and for the x64.
