    Hi there, as youj will see I am new to this forum...I have a gateway NV54 at the moment. I live outside of the US in the South Pacific...The company I bought my laptop from noi longer is importing them. First question, can you get just a screen replacement and anyone have any idea of the cost...I have afreiend coming from the US in a couple of weeks and they have offered to bring me some replacement/new equipment...my second query is, do Gateway have a laptop with a matte screen...I know these questions have possibly been answered before but being a little lazy...Cheers J

    Yes. The screens are easy to replace, too.

    Just google "Gateway NV54 screen replacement" or look on E-bay. They are usually pretty expensive, like around $100.
