For the past week I have been shopping for a laptop. I was going to close the sale for a particular model and the offer was rescinded. I was very disappointed with how that was handled.
If I have had trouble trying to place the order, I couldn't imagine what the service would be if I needed repair. I have ordered a computer from another company.
A lot of people look to me as the 'Techno-geek' and what I buy influences the REST of my colleagues. Especially those who are looking to purchase VERY soon.
