    Hi Guys,

I am about to buy a laptop for a friend, it's a refurbished Gateway NV57H13U. The purpose for the laptop is application development using VS2010. It'll need to run a Virtual Machine also.

Does anyone see any cons with this laptop, details can be found at Gateway NV57H13U Refurbished Laptop

    Specs at Glance
15.6" HD Widescreen Ultrabright LCD display (1366 x 768 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio)
Intel Core i3-2310M processor 2.1 GHz
Intel HD Graphics supporting Microsoft DirectX 10 (HD 3000, is this decent?)
    4GB DDR3
    640GB HDD

The rest doesn't really matter. My main concerns is the Intel HD 3000, is that DX10 compatible with WDDM 1.1 Driver? Also, does Turbo Boost really matter, since the i3's don't come with them.

    Please suggest anything else.

    Thanks!
