I been monitoring with pcwizard, while running Crysis it shows to be around 53ish on both core and 70 on GFX, is it acceptable?

Well within reason. Those temps won't do anything to the CPU and the graphics card.

Those are good temps. Nothing to worry about.

How High would high be on for the graphics card?
    I've got in the 80's.
    Is that bad?
But usally only in the 70's.

Somewhere in the 80s is as high as you want to go, although graphics chips, like CPUs, have high temperature tolerances (around 100C) and usually have protections in place to prevent chips from reaching the maximum temps.

So it would be safe to have an overclock on the gpu that makes the temp up to 87C.
I'm only overclocked when I play Crysis every other game I play is fine.
This temp was playing for like 10 or 15 min. I think at around 73F.

Generally, my cut off temperatures are 85c. If I ever reach a higher temp using orthos or 3dmark, ill start taking measures to reduces the temp. Usually just elevating the back will get me a 2-3C drop.

So OC, your temps are doin fine.

I wouldn't go beyond the low 80s myself.

I get as much as a 20 degree drop in temps if I elevate the back. 90s in Crysis without elevation, 73ish with elevation.

And seriously, "I been monitoring..."? Jeez.
