I have a Gateway MX3702, when i turn it on the screen stays blank, and the Hard drive light stays on for about 1 minute, it doesn't respond to any commands or make any sound. It looks like the pic below.
I have tried things like turning it on w/out the RAM and Hard drive, and get the same results, inserting a Cd doesn't make any difference, i can hear it's powered on but that's it.

It happened after I changed the Memory clock speed on the Bios, which i had done before without trouble.
