Hi folks,
I bought a 6850-FX last month, but now that's a problem with the LCD. It usually appears when moving the monitor down or up. The only
way to take out the red line is trying to touch the back of the LCD (the
outside part of the laptop). But this makes me crazy, so I want to return to Gateway so they can change the LCD.
I wonder if anyone has already used the RMA, and how long you waited until receiving the laptop again.
Anyone from Canada has already tryed to use Gateway's RMA?
