    well.. I have a Gateway MD2614u, I use it for basic tasking.. such as video converting, watching HD (Hulu) videos online, sometime watching 720p videos that i can find.. and it runs smoothly. *converting videos might be slow* but I can't be positive about it, since I'm used to my quad core desktop.
