Anyone successfully undervolted 7811 w/ CrystalCPUID instead of RMClock?

I'm just wondering if anyone has and if so, how did they go about doing it? I tried it myself and lowered the voltages, but it seemed like they would never actually be applied and none of the temperatures would lower. I'm curious because I want to possibly save the 8.5X multiplier if I can, rather than losing a small clock with the 8X multiplier you get from RMClock. I guess I'm just being picky in the end, but hey, it it's possible, why not.

yeah... just activate the IDA... and you can have access to the .5 multiplier. I am running at 10.5x now (t9600)

...which unfortunately isn't on the extreme CPUs :(

Bump for anyone using Crystal on the 7811 ...

I just give up the .5 ATM and am too lazy to try Crystal myself.

crystal is BS... couldnt get it to work on cpu... LOL the system interface is totally bugged/flawed. I put out my highest multiplier as 10.5 and 1.050v and on the older cpu-z during orthos test, showed up as 10.5 with normal voltage. i couldnt get it to work for me.

you have to tick from your p-resistor choices or so I think

RMClock doesn't show that I have IDA on my p8400, only 8X, 7X, 6X, and SuperLFM.

Since UV'ing doesn't seem to work with CPUID, I went with the good, old, reliable RMClock, just like I did when I had the P-6860FX. I had some great results in lowering my max temps under load but it seems my P8400 CPU is a super cool running one so my idle temp didn't change at all. Ambient temperature in my house/room is 22C.

    Idle temps before UV: 15C/15C
    Idle temps after UV: 15C/15C
Max temps under (94.12%) load before UV: 45C/46C
Max temps under (94.12%) load after UV: 36C/37C

Voltages for the 8X/7X/6X multipliers went down from 1.1375V at stock, down to 0.9625V/0.9250V/0.9250V respectively, with of course the Super LFM at 0.9250V. I still lose about 130-140 MHz with RMClock but it's not noticeable really, so it's worth it for the lower voltage/temps and increased battery life. It sucks that RMClock doesn't recognize that the P8400 has IDA, thus no 8.5X multiplier, the loss of throttle, and only being able to run at 94.12% max load. I already tested for stability as well and ran Orthos for 3 hrs today, without a single hiccup.

The only thing now is that I'm still unfortunate to have the 98C TZS0 problem but it only happens when I stress the GPU to 80C or more. I only get this to spike when I run the extra batch tests in 3DMark06 or run Furmark. When I run the default tests in 3DMark06 I have no problems. So as long as I always have HWMonitor running while gaming, and keep an eye on my GPU and TZS0, I'll have one super cool P-7811FX. Now if only RMClock were ever updated or if CPUID actually worked for UVing, then I'd be golden.

Mine is greyed out, but I don't see a p-resistor choice.
