So I still can't get PowerDVD reinstall from either my DVD rescue disc or my cd-r rescue disc. After an email to Gateway they gave me this stupid answer. Do they really think I'm going to pay for software that came with the laptop that I should be able to access. They didn't even answer my question I said I can't get it to install not locate it.

Thank you for using Gateway's Online E-mail Support. I am sorry to hear
that you are unable to locate the PowerDVD 6.0. While I am unable to
send you the software free of charge, Gateway offers a wide variety of
software packages. If you would like more information about this, you
can speak with a Gateway Consultant to find out more about currently
    available titles and packages.

Gateway told me that the driver disk is absolutely free of charge. However, in order for them to send it to me, I must pay $15.00 shipping and $20.00 handeling.

Tell them that you have free laptops for them to resell. Free shipping with $2500 handling fee each. Tell them there's also a coupon for 30% off
