So after I got my 7811 in mid November I could only find one thing I did not like about the unit. The battery would wiggle abound a bit no matter what I did. I was not too worried about it, but it stuck in the back of my mind, festering, until I had an idea for a solution. I took some 3M two sided foam tape ans cut it into 1/2 inch squares. I removed the battery from the slot and inspected the unit. I picked out 4 spots on the battery where I felt that a little shim would tighten up the fit a little. I swabbed these spots with some alcohol, dried, peel ONE side of the tape and stuck the pads in these locations. A few minutes set time and leaving the remaining side unpeeled I reinserted the battery carefully into the slot. It was noticibly tighter, but clicked home without a problem, and the lock slid shut without issue.

No more battery wiggle! Hope this helps someone!

Can you take a picture of the locations you went with, or describe them? I find the battery looseness slightly annoying myself.

    Beggars can't be choosers!!!

Kidding, sorry, taken with the HTC Tytn 2 (tilt if you must) camera phone, one handed...on crack(monster energy drink)

I was thinking this might be accoplished using small felt pads as well.
Or anything that is 1/16th of an inch thick and can be safetly inserted.

I'm using the softer half of some Velcro that I have laying around here. Works AWESOME. :D
