I have a noise issue when I connect my P.A. system to the headphone outlet on my Gateway m1626 laptop. If I try to connect an external monitor or my usb recording interface then the buzz and hum noise triples. I know it's not a ground loop issue so far from buying several hum x eliminators (all of which I returned). I've heard that it could be a video card issue. If anyones got any ideas for fixing this I'd be much appreciated as I've already spent almost a month dealing with and trying to fix on my own.

I have an ATI Radeon X1270
