    Auto Restart?

    Has anyone ever had their P7805-U automatically start back up after you have shut it down?

    Mine does this everytime I shut off the pc, it starts itself back up.

    Never had this happen, any clues?

    Any configuration edits you made recently ? Is it just with shutdowns ? Restarts working ?

    I haven't changed anything.

    I shut the computer off, and then it just turns itself back on.

    Check and see if there are any Wake On Lan, Wake on USB, or BIOS-aware-wakeups enabled.

    There should be a key combination you have to hit when the laptop boots up, in order to get into the BIOS screen. From there you can browse through various settings related to the hardware for your notebook.
