which version you have and what is wrong with it ?
i bet you already have this version installed. -
I updated just fine.

What new features does this update give you? -
my point is that i haven't read a single 68xx user reporting any change after updating. the only thing that it is much harder to enable vt support on the 28 bios than on the 26 (6831 original bios).
i would love to be corrected on this (might find a reason to update my bios)

Nope haven't noticed any differences but quite often you don't with BIOS updates. Being that the changelog says BIOS update for Vista I thought I might as well update it

Yeah i dont see a point to the 6860 having a bios update (unless it unlocked our multipliers and gave us more access to the inner workings of the bloody thing)
With the exception of the mic issue i think everything pretty much works as its supposed to perfectly (with the best drivers of course) So barring a major update with some nice features added a BIOS update flash for the 6860 is just really not a good idea
BIOS update for p-6860
