I am getting this BSOD randomly after wakup from sleep. All I have plugged into my usb hub is a mouse. Never had this issue with vista 64 so I think it is a driver not a hardware issue.

Here is the chipset driver I have installed = Intel GM965
    http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/sb/CS-025753.htm

Is this the correct driver for the 6860fx? If so is the usbhub.sys included in this package. If not which usbhub.sys should be installed??

Here is the output from the dump file.

    BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (fe)
USB Driver bugcheck, first parameter is USB bugcheck code.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000008, USBBUGCODE_RESERVED_USBHUB
    Arg2: 0000000000000006, USBHUB_TRAP_FATAL_TIMEOUT
    Arg3: 000000000000000b, TimeoutCode

I had the same issue in vista, it was resolved by disabling the web cam.

If I remember, I used this hotfix to repair the issue. However this is for vista, and I'm unsure if it will work in 7. Worth a shot though.

I just tried installing the chipset drivers with the "-overall" option. That forces it to install all the drivers. if that doesn't wrk i will disable the camera.
