Hi All, I'm considering buying a Gateway MX6025 Laptop. Can someone please tell me the realistic battery life I can expect when using computer in mobile enviroment? Gateway site spec says 3.0hrs. Right now it's a toss up between an Acer 3003WLMi but battery life from what I've read is no more than 40-55 minutes.

    Thanks,
    mr Surfer

I went to visit some of my girlfriend's family last night and her aunt and uncle have the 6025. They were getting about 1 hour with a dvd in and a little more without, but then i changed their power management from home/office to portable laptop and with 94% battery it estimated 3 hrs. So its all about the settings.
