My friend broke his gateway t-series screen, it is a T-6321. I was wondering what the cheapest way to fix it would be. It is a 14.1" screen, not sure about the resolution. Is it safe to buy off ebay, and possible to install ourselves? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Will

If you haven't installed a screen before, I would highly recommend you get it done professionally. Also, you don't want a solution thats TOO cheap. I would highly recommend your friend simply send it in to gateway for service. If you call them everyday to check up on it, it will likely speed up the repair process too. Your friend will probably be without it for 1.5-2 weeks, maybe 3.
