This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm getting a BSOD with the following Problem
    BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER
    STOP 0x000000FE

    There is a HotFix located here for Windows Vista SP1
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331988
    and
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934796

    But I do not have SP1 I Have SP2
    Running Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit.
    Has anyone found anything on this? Dealt with this?
    I have been searching for the last 2 days. Have found NOTHING.

    Please help.
