    Anyone have experience with buying from Buy.com? RMAs,etc?

    Newegg - $1749
    Buy.com -$1699
    J&R - $1699

    J&R reps have a tendency of treating customers like second class citizens at any sign of exchange or return, even if it's their fault (like sending the wrong item), so I decided I will never with these guys again-

    Any thoughts on Newegg or Buy.com customer service?

    For me Newegg is rock solid, i personally have never had to RMA anything but my friend had to RMA a motherboard and he had no troubles and got a replacement.

    Newegg is number 1 in my book. I have been shopping with them for years and they have never let me down. I even returned an open item to exchange it for a completely different item and they still exchanged it with no restocking fees! :D

    Maaaan...that $50 plus shipping (J&R has free shipping, can't remember how much buy.com charges) just pushed it out of my budget just a bit--
