Has anyone had any problems with the CMOS clock on this laptop/board gradually slowing down? I already took it apart and replaced the CMOS battery (it's right above the touchpad just beneath the plastic case if you're wondering where it is) and it's still losing time. I haven't tried booting it up with Knoppix yet to see if it's Windows XP Pro doing it or not, but I guess that'll be my next step. Replacing the CMOS battery seems to have sped it up a bit, but it's still losing about 1 minute every 10-15 minutes or so. I'm running AVG Free for my anti-virus and I don't believe I have any other system utilities running that would change the clock time. I've checked for spyware and found nothing. My timezone settings are correct. I've had the laptop for about 2 years now. Also, I know this sounds weird, but it also seems like the more I use it, the slower the clock goes! I changed all the power management functions in windows to Always On. I have no idea what's causing this. I DID install ATI Tool and slightly overclock my video card, but only to 333.95 / 204.63, so I don't know if that would have anything to do with it or not. Could I have fried something that would cause the clock to slow down by doing this? Anyway, if anyone has any ideas as to why this is happening or if it's happened to you, please let me know. Thanks! :)
