    Hi,
In sisandra I noticed the CPU only reads 17509 Mips as compared to the 20631 for the reference P8400 in the provided list. So I decided to install RMClock to monitor the system cpu load if any.

After installing RMClock and monitoring the cores it shows core0 and core1 with about a 35% on average system load. this may be why a loss is seen overall of 18% with sisandra. I am not sure if this is Vista 64 or the bios.

My previous system, an Everex xt5000t, with the original bios had a 100% load on core0 untill they updated the bios then the load dissapeared.

Well 44% load is pretty close to fully loaded on one core, and you're also losing 150mhz because RM clock is only allowing your multiplier to go to 8 instead of 8.5 (RM clock doesn't support .5 multipliers). You may want to ditch RMClock and use CrystalCPUID instead.

I was just using it to monitor not control. I'll de-install it in a bit I was just curious to see if a load is there and apparently there is one from the system...........

Well it may just be the display but if you look its showing the multiplier as 8x so either its just reading it wrong or it may be interfering with the multiplier anyways. You can always check without it running and see if it makes a difference.

I noticed before the RMClock install the low mips score. That is why I suspected a system load on the cpu. I was running the system not using RMColcks multiplier management just monitoring so the 8.0x was not in effect.
