    get the disk and install. connct to a router and download all the updates, should get u all the drivers u need

    All it takes is a little bit of google.... here is the official link provided by M$ UPGRADE... its very easy, just make sure you upgrade for example, from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium because you cant really do it any other way... it will upgrade your OS to Windows 7 and place all of the files that couldnt transfer well or had conflicts in a Windows.old folder... so you dont lose anything.... good luck
