Just wondering. Have googled and googled but to no avail. (There are like a billion clock things in SetFSB and I think trying all of them might not be a good idea.)

Thanks! Would like to be able to say I have a laptop running at 3GHz :)

    No

If you want 3.06 gHz then you will need to get a t9900 or x9100

    Of have a 68xx series with the x9000 :p ;)

    Aw, crap.

Eh, it's okay, just been having soo much fun OCing laptops lately I thought I might as well ask. (Took the 1.6GHz Atom in my sig to 2.3GHz. Woohoo!)

I wouldnt feel to bad. The difference in 200mHz isnt even noticed anymore. I mean 12 years ago 200 mHz would make a godlike system (as the pentium 333 was the top dog) but now days you wouldnt even notice.

A SSD would make your system faster than a 200mHz CPU upgrade

True, very true... but SSDs aren't free :D

Anyway, will probably get one to fill the second hard drive bay.
