I was wondering if anyone could help me find a WUXGA on 7805. I don't really feel like paying the $500 prenuim just for a screen

Right at this moment, it's not $500; more like $50 if you order from Newegg - free shipping and no tax (unless you're in CA, NJ, or TN):

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834101166

Also, we have a batch number thread (to which you were referred in another thread on this issue) so you can take a look at the information contained therein.

Finally, it might help if you mentioned your general location since it appears as if BBs in some locations have more 1920 screens than in others.

Yeah, get the 7801u. On sale it's even cheaper than the 7805u because bestbuy charges taxes and shipping.

You are going to have to visit your local Best Buys and check out the serial numbers on the P7805U box's

    If the serial is
    138******** Then its a 1920x1200 unit
    139******** Then its a 1440x900 unit

It took visits to 3 local Best Buy till I found a 1920x1200 unit. This was Saturday.

They are still out there just look.
Baybrook Best Buy in Clearlake TX has one :D
