Does anyone know where to find the original video driver for the p-6860fx laptop.
It has windows 64 bit vista still installed on it. I download the new drivers from Gateway's website and I've been getting blue screens.
It says "irql not less or equal"
At least I think that is what it says. Does anyone know about this blue screen.
Is it even related to the video driver?

Also are there better drivers I can download from a different web site that would give me better results in games?

Check out LaptopVideo2Go or Nvidia's home site.

irql not less or equal - is definitely driver related. It means that the driver was trying to access a higher memory address which was kinda illegal for it and it did not have any permission/right to access it.

Is there a Minidump folder in the Windows directory ??

Yes I think so maybe I can get it before the dump finishes and restarts my computer. That's not much time i have to take a picture or something.

Yes, the only time the bsod happened was when I played an online game.
I have not tried another non internet using game yet.

I thing I forgot to mention was that I change my router encryption to wpa2 with aes instead of wpa and changed my laptop to aes too. This was supposed to get me N speed on my wireless card which it did. The Problem happened right after i changed this setting. Could there be any coincidence? I only 5 days before updated the graphics driver. I did not have any problems until i changed the router could this have anything to do with it?

    The router is a DIR-625 D-Link

correct to needing the modded INF file. just replace the file that comes with the driver with the modded one.

as for physx, you'll need to download this first
