This message goes out to other p7805u owners. I can raise my mem clock to 925 and it will run well for about an hour until I start getting some texture errors/video driver crashes. Does anyone else experience this? I've noticed other p7805u owners that post their mem clocks on the 9800M GTS to be 950.

I guess you reached the limit for stability, depends on the GPU, VRAM, temperature and drivers. Some people maybe lucky and have chips that can be overclocked to 950, others will be less. Although i dont know if these people overclock temporary for 3Dmark06 scores and not for long term use.

My signature shows my limit which is for 3DMark06 tests. Haven't run anything for long to say its really stable at that clock. So i'd say it varies even for the same specs.

I just undervolted my GPU to .90V and I am OCing to 700/950/1800 with stability now. Just got to keep the temp below 80 degrees and it runs smoother than before.
