    Canuck Model Numbers

    I just purchased a new Gateway MD7802h Notebook. I cannot find any information about this model on the Gateway web site. Should I assume that this is the same model as MD7818u? The specifications are identical.

    I’m just curious to know in case I need support or drivers.

    It's odd that the model number is different in Canada. I would certainly like to know the reasoning for that...

    My next challenge is registering the laptop. Google searches indicate that I should contact customer support. However, it looks as though I can register online. I wish the documentation had included that information....

    Difference between models in the 78 series is probably
    the specs combination
