Hi. Im facing a problem with my laptop which is Gateway NV52L. when my laptop's battery is full then my laptop's charger keeps connecting and disconnecting. it disconnects and reconnects in about 2-5 seconds. is its the charger ? its not its original charger. and here are the outputs of charger. 19V 3.42A. this issue doesn't occurs when when battery is charging.

i also used another charger before this one. it a issue exactly like this but only when laptop was running on its full power or was under load. previous charges output voltage was 19V 3.1A.

This sounds like the AC supply itself. There is a long explanation but it is involved. Sounds like you need the official PSU. My suggestion is move to a 19v 90watt supply if you have to stay with a generic one.

i yesterday bought a 120W charger for my laptop. but it still keeps disconnecting when battery is fully charged. but this problem doesn't occurs when battery is charging as previously happened on 70W charger.

I today removed my laptop's battery to check whether its charger itself or battery or laptop but charger and laptop both worked fine without battery. not a single automatic disconnect occurred at this time period. and i used my laptop for about 4-5 hours. any suggestions ? is my battery is faulty ?

Ok, you do mean the battery or AC is disconnecting? If so does it run properly on battery only with no AC? If we are talking WiFi it may be another issue.
