Hey all, just got a new P-6831FX a couple days ago and I love it, only problem is I cant seem to get it to not look so washed out.
Any advice?

Thats a little better but now the white levels are cooking my eyes.

Anybody else post their settings up too? I really need to find a good setting that makes our monitors the best they can be.

You really should just adjust them till it looks good to you, people see colors differently, i bought a old girlfriend a fleece jacket and we were in a bar, she kept saying it was purple, I (AND THE TAG) said it was blue, so I took a poll of everyone in the bar and it was a 50/50 split!

wow i tested it out. i would like to gouge out my eyes looking at this screen. -
hehe everyone has different tastes so id just keep tinkering with it till your happy cause there no magic number which will make everyone happy plus different sets of drivers will sometimes give different results as well.

I try not to mess with it. When I play games, it messes the game graphics up and I have to adjust to the new settings.
I do sometimes have eye strain while on default settings though lolll.
