    I read in a previous post that the only way to OC a CPU on the p7805u right now is to put in a Core 2 Extreme and OC that... So the Core 2 Extreme can be OC'ed out of Bios? Please elaborate with your knowledge on this.

    i doubt you can o/c through the bios. i believe they are locked even if you do put in an extreme c2d.

    No overclocking allowed in the BIOS past 3.0gHz so a x9100 is basically a hotter t9900.

    The most powerful you should get for the 7805 is the t9900 or the p9700. Best two in their respective classes

    Ah damn, I don't want to spend 500 bucks on a new CPU, I guess I'll have to settle for the good performance I have now, and hopefully one day I will get even more extraordinary performance thanks to bios unlocking CPU clocking
