    what about a pad

Razer Destruction i was thinign instead of soundcard

razer exactmat is damn good. i use a g9 with it and it is as smooth as silk gliding across either side, but i prefer the control side of the pad.

I use the matt side of a SteelPad 4D with the DeathAdder for very smooth but precise movement.

i have th xtreme audio xfi. the drivers suck and the support sucks even more. its made an amazing difference to my headphones though. youll see no real improvement in your speakers, youll have to buy the docking module seperately in order to hook up some surround speakers. the drivers have all sorts of bugs, and the CMSS surround option sounds like garbage since its still nit vista ready. id consider it if you can find it for cheap. im looking into the x-fi surround usb to replace this one, since its not actual hardware, just software.

also, i use the razer destructor, i love it.
