    Emachine M6811 Laptop power problem

    Hey, I have a m6811 laptop that won't power on. I have it completely apart now and I tried testing the power supply and taking the battery out and unplugging it for a while. I even removed the battery off the motherboard. It's wierd. Sometimes I got it to turn on for a few seconds and then it won't work forever and then it will work again for a few seconds. I'm not quite sure what the problem is. Any suggestions?

    Edit: The power supply tested 18.99 volts
