Does anyone know how to enable Turbo Boost on this laptop? There is NO setting in the bios for it. I tried to download the Intel Turbo Boost Monitor, but the installer only gave me the option to "remove". I searched the computer, but cannot find any monitor already installed except for the integrated graphics "Intel Control Panel". If this is somehow enabled by default, how to tell if it's working properly?

Thanks, maverick. I figured it out. It is enabled automatically by default. I was finally able to install the Intel Turbo Boost Monitor. The Intel "gadget" has a blue progress meter that turns blue and indicates the amount of boost as the cpu goes into turbo mode. It does show it going all the way to 2.53 in some applications.
