    Error installing Dox's Nvidia Drivers

    "The Nvidia Setup cannot locate any drivers that are compatible with the current hardware. Setup will now exit"

    Thats for drivers 180.84.1 I made sure it was vista's download..

    I also went through the driver guide and it still wont install!!

    Wats going on?

    Off the top of my head you can try any of the following

    1. If its Windows 7, make sure to run it in "Vista compatibility mode"
    2. Make sure you have 32/64bit to match your operating system, not your cpu.

    I had the same problem, wasnt for the same driver as you, it was 181 something.

    I just gave up in the end and installed the offical Nvidia drivers from their site.

    Try Dox's 181.20, it works great

    I agree with Narukari, it sounds like you got a mess up between 32/64 bit drivers. I have done that more often that i care to admit.

    I could not install the Dox's 180.84.1 either, I used Dox's 180.44 untill yesterday when I moved to Dox's 181.20 no problems like I said.

    Thanks man I was in the same boat as you.. i had 180.44 no problems, then tried to update to 180.84.1 wouldn't install, then I just got upset and installed 181.20 and it installed w/ out ne problems :)

    I just wanted to post b/c I was getting worried that that when I ran driver sweeper that it may have done too much haha.

    Cool, I am glad you got it hooked up :) , weird problem, my other FX's did not have this problem, oh well.
