Im pretty sure all of the FX series laptops have synaptics touchpads. anyway I thought I'd let everybody know; I saw this link on Engadget which had a new driver from HP(doesn't matter the laptop brand) for the touchpad (it'll work if its synaptics) but anyway it adds two finger scrolling and 3 finger flick. it works pretty well, not perfectly though.

    here's the link; http://www.engadget.com/2010/03/19/s...der-trackpads/

I installed it the other day. And it works pretty well. I have it on my old Dell lappy also. I find the two finger scrolling is a lot easier for me to use, rather than one finger side scroll.

Can confirm it works pretty well on 7805. Better than Scrybe since that works like a seperate application whereas this works just like its built into the touchpad . Three finger tap to open application will impress first time users.
