    Hello,

I recently replaced the Packard Bell mobo when she stopped working (solder issues the most probable explanation)
with a gateway P-79XX variant. Everything is great except the fans that always run at full speed. I went and upgraded
the BIOS just in case the problem was solved but to no avail.

Any ideas on how to change the fan speeds according to temps?

    Thank you!

Don't think there is a way to plug them in wrong. What temps are you showing? What TIM are you using on the CPU, NB and GPU?

What can I say... I will try to re-plug them, tho i dont really believe that is the issue here.
As for the TIM, I use ICD7, no dust on the fans. The temps are great (max on gaming 75ish on the cpu and gpu)
They go full blast immediately after i boot...

    Thanks for the replies guys
