I have a p-6831fx laptop with and upgraded T8300 CPU, but other than that its normal retail bought.
while gaming (in certain games) my GPU will go up to 102C and shut down on me, but this only occurs in a few of my games
it works fine with CSS,all DAW (Dawn of War) games, and others.
i havn't checked what the GPU temp goes to during those games, but i assume its fine because it has never shut down on me.
all other temps on my laptop remain below 60 or 66C, so its only when i play high quality graphic games, so here i am wondering how i can lower the temp my GPU goes to

EDIT: im pretty sure im gonna have to go for a quest to get to my Graphics card to clean it or w/e, so if someone could put down the directions, or a link to them i'd apreciate it

Woah that's crazy, You must be full of dust. The p-6831fx should keep his 8800M GTS ~70 in load. My friend has one.

well, like it wont spike, but it will slowly start to go up to the 100's starting from 60 or so, and then it would shut down soon after it hit 100C
