Gpu bios modd only for 7811fx

    How to do:

1 get a usb bootable for dos

2 put 0.9.wph or 0.95.wph or 1.0.wph with plash16 on usb drive. (may have to rename the volt files to "bios.wph" to make it works, at least i had to).

3 reboot into dos run plash16

4 if u are runing raid u may how to reconfigure bios again as it may reset.

    The file Contains

0.9v - Tested and worked, however i got driver error sometimes, prob becuse of to low voltage, otherwise very stable, maxed my temp to 63c from 75-80c before

    0.95v

    1.0v

    w35.wph - original bios

    plash16 - executable

All bios volt-mods are made by ONE_J, creds to him.

Also, its on ur own risk, either me or ONE_J takes no Responsibility

The mod reduces the temps of gpu and with the right file also keeps it stable.

I recommend that u read this post for more information http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=439999&highlight=gpu+undervolt

Also please report ur success in this thread.

    Hello,
Is there a way to get those files again? The links are no longer valid? Thanks!

I also did a file search on google and they all reference back to those to DL's which are no longer valid. Surely someone still has these and can help us new owners out.

    Tanware,
Thanks, but those files are for a system that nvflash works on (the 7811fx needs Phoenix bios). I was hoping for a confirmed undervolted bios mod that someone has actually loaded onto a p-7811fx machine. PBE does not open the .wpf files and the .rom ones i can edit, but will not flash even un-editted. Can't mod/open the .wph and the .rom files will not flash. Nvflash does not recognize the eeprom of the 7811fx. Any advice will be absorbed like water in an Arizona parking lot....
