Hi, I need help on finding the right drivers for my Gateway P-79. The laptop originally came with Windows Vista. Had it for a few months now and I did a fresh install of Windows 7 x64. Now, I couldnt find any drivers that would install. I am always greeted by a message that I have the wrong driver..
I tried looking for the drivers on Gateway website, but they dont have it there! Gateway Support - Drivers & Downloads 7 (64-bit) They seem to only have drivers for the 9800m gts.

    Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. I tried drivers from laptop2video.com but when I try to install i get greeted by a message: "The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit."

Why wont it install the drivers?

edit: I cant find the GTX 260m drivers on Nvidia's website.

update: finally got it to work, had a read on the sticky here. Needed to replace the modified inf file 'nv_disp.inf' into the extracted driver directory overwriting any existing files. Whew!
