    Im thinking about getting a new laptop and was wondering if anyone had any experience with Gaterway M-7333U, I have never owned a gateway but i owned a dell 1420 and it was hell >.< I find dell computers to be garbarge but heard hp and acer being alright. Im in the market for something new they have a really good price point.

    Hey, I own One right now and have only owned it for 8 months. I have had to send it a way twice, and tomorrow i am sending away for the third time, do to shutting off randomly, or screen just going black and does not respond to anything. I am not pleased at all with this computer. I wish i never bought it. Gateway will not do anything to resolve my problem, so I am just spreading my word of my problems to others thinking of getting one. I had a dell before this laptop, and had major problems with it too, but i would take the dell before this laptop, anyday. I hope i halped you in some way.

    it cant be that bad ; ; anyone else have a similar experence with this laptop? thanks for you help ill try and get a toshiba similar speced

    Do you happen to live in Cali? You could get it replaced with a similar spec'd system. :)

    to the OP: if you have ANY doubts..then don't buy it.
