    Gateway 4320GZ shuts down while downloading Office 07 ONLY....no other time

    My Gateway 4320GZ shuts down while downloading Office 2007 trail ONLY....no other time. It does not seem to be overheating and this is the ONLY time it will/has even just "shut off." Upon restart, it will freeze and I will have to unplug the battery (sometimes). Again, with any other file/photoshop/etc it works fine. Any ideas?

    Downloaded a 2.5 gig file with no problem (office was only 400MB)

    "bad"/corrupted downloaded file can sometimes knock ur system off during xfer
