I was wanting to know if its possible to upgrade the processor from the AMD Athlon 64 Mobile 3200+ to the AMD Athlon 64 Mobile 3700+ and change the hard drive from a 4200 rpm, to a hitachi or other 7200 rpm hd.

And ive heard graphics card cant b upgraded is that true?

The GPU is soldered to the motherboard, so you can't change it without unsoldering the surrent one and resoldering a new GPU in its place - something I'd advise against.

As far as the processor goes, you should be able to perform that upgrade, providing that the processors are the same wattage and use the same pinout configuration.

'Technically' yes - but you can't run to the local computer store and buy a notebook motherboard. Also, GPUs for notebooks aren't exactly readily available on retail shelves. I believe that the only product lines that use upgradeable GPUs are the Alienware Area51m and the Dell XPS series. That may change, since Arima and others are releasing the first notebooks with PCI Express GPUs.
