This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    As I stated in your other thread, the graphics card in the 7010GX is soldered onto the motherboard and cannot be replaced.

    However, your problems certainly sound driver-related to me. The stock ATI drivers are not compatable with Mobility RADEONs; however, you can use the latest Omega Drivers which are superioir to the stock ones anyways. Be sure to choose FastWrites as on for your computer when prompted to by the installer.
