A friend of mine bought one of the 7811 FX's new from Best Buy about 3 weeks ago. We've been to a few LANs and afterwards the power brick (aka the power unit on the power cord) has been hissing.. Like.. it sounds like a slow air leak...

Any idea what that is? He works for Best Buy and has been saying he was going to replace it, but he hasn't so far. I'm worried its going to explode or something..

Any suggestions? I think he should get a new power brick..

Aha! I knew it might be some across the line issue.. I just failed to actually do a search for it.

    Many thanks!
