    Model# W730-K8X model MX7118 Serial# N325C 610 39587 Just Talked To Gateway Said My Computer Was No Good Would love Some Feed Back On My problem cause I Know Some Smart Guy Or Gal Can Help Me

    Had that problem once after a BSOD. I resolved it by unplugging the brick and waiting a couple of minutes. That seemed to clear out what ever was causing my problem. Worth a try. Let us know if that works for you.

    It won't power up at all? No lights anywhere turn on?

    Does it start to work and then turn off?

    What happened the last time it worked? Were you doing something and then it crashed, or did you just come to it one day and it wouldn't turn on.

    The more details you give, the more helpful we can be.
