    Gateway Extended Warranty Transferable?

    I have a P172x-FX that was purchased with a 4 year warranty about 18 months ago. I rarely use it so I am going to sell it, but I'm curious if the warranty can be passed to the new owner.

    Does anyone know?

    the only way youll know is buy looking at the documents of your warranty terms.
